Description

Position Summary: The Senior Manager, Parts oversees the entire operations of TYM North America’s parts warehouse, ensuring efficient management of inventory, procurement, and parts exchange support, setting strategies, and ensure profit and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Senior Manager, Parts is responsible for the parts inventory database and parts operations staff. They are responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, coordinating with various departments, and managing a team to meet parts needs and maintain a safe and organized work environment. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, business analysis, and excellent communication skills to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related area
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in management, specifically in a parts warehouse environment is required.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze sales and performance data to drive business decisions.
  • Prior experience in parts management, inventory control, and warehouse operations is essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, staff, suppliers, and other departments.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management systems, computer software, and other relevant technologies: Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Salesforce, WMS.
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team, provide training, and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of the function of departmental processes.
