This role requires a high level of initiative, analytical thinking, and sound judgment to effectively organize, prioritize, and follow through on tasks and workload.

  • Proficiency in both English and French is considered an asset.
  • Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP), Ordre des pharmaciens du Québec (OPQ), or another Canadian Pharmacy regulatory body.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Pharmacist.
  • Authentic and collaborative team player with strong clinical communication skills, able to engage empathetically, confidentially, and professionally with diverse stakeholders, including customers, using language that is accessible and clear.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams with direct reporting relationships, aligning with Blue Culture principles.
  • Knowledge of the health benefits industry, including drug plan management, is considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Professional presence with excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while meeting challenging deadlines.
  • Effective communicator, capable of influencing and presenting ideas to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Quick learner with the ability to assimilate new concepts rapidly and a demonstrated openness to continuous learning.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience managing pharmacy or medication incidents, or relevant related experience, is an asset
