Responsibilities

WHAT’S THE ROLE?

As Senior Manager, Payments Risk, you’ll play a key role in strengthening Westpac’s risk capability across the payments landscape. You’ll provide expert oversight and insights, helping the business understand and manage payments risk with confidence. This role sits within our second line of defence, supporting the Payments Risk Class Owner and collaborating across teams to deliver meaningful, data-driven outcomes for our customers.
You’ll be based in Sydney in a full-time capacity, with flexible working arrangements available. Reporting to the Executive Manager, Payments & Operational Resilience Risk, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the Group to influence strategy, uplift frameworks, and drive continuous improvement.
