Objective and Purpose
The Senior Manager, People & Culture – Ontario and Corporate plays a pivotal role in advancing Organigram’s People and Culture strategy across Ontario-based operations and corporate functions. This role oversees People and Culture activities for facilities in both London and Aylmer, Ontario and supports corporate teams across the organization.
Reporting to the Senior Director, People & Culture Business Partnership, this leader is responsible for designing and implementing strategic People and Culture programs that enhance the employee experience, drive engagement, and support business objectives. The role also collaborates closely with the Communities of Expertise (COEs) and the Senior Director People and Culture Business Partnership on key initiatives such as talent management, succession planning, and workforce planning.
