Job Description We are on the lookout for an experienced Principal, People Partner (All Genders) to join the Pandora People Partner Team, on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. You will partner with the rest of the People Business Partners + our COEs and your respective Business teams to create strategies, programs, and support processes that enable Delivery Hero’s employees to do their best work and create business impact For your group you will be the advocate for the rollout of people initiatives, ensuring business adoption and engagement. You are the change champion for your business unit, driving change management efforts and communication strategies for re-organisations You will coach managers and leaders in your respective business unit on a variety of people related topics such as Org Design, Talent Review and succession planning, Strategic Talent processes while working closely with various respective central of excellences (Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, People analytics) to enable the People Agenda Leverage data and provide insights to COE partners, support on various projects to drive better employee experience and HR service delivery. You will help leaders achieve org efficiency with healthy levels of eNPS, Attraction, Retention, D&I layers, and ROI Qualifications You have gained expert knowledge of HR principles, industry practices and principles through strong delivery and exposure to best in class programmes Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and problem solving mindset Excellent stakeholder management (C-Level exposure), communication and influencing skills Highly skilled in Change Management. Not hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities As a strong HR generalist, you bring profound HR knowledge and are familiar with the end to end functions of the People Team including reward & recognition, career development & personal growth, talent management and retention 8+ years of HR / Consultancy experience. At least 5+ years of experience in a People Partner role evidencing business acumen and ability to work well across different functions in order to integrate People and business strategies. A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Design, Business Management or equivalent Nice to have: Statistical or data analytics knowledge focused on people metrics Proficient in working in a global, matrixed organization(s)
