About the Role
Based from our purpose-built Strathpine head office in Brisbane, this role is responsible for leading performance marketing across Paid Search, Google Shopping (PMax), SEO, Paid Social, Affiliates, and Display. You’ll work closely with Marketing, eCommerce, and Merchandising teams to deliver quality traffic, new customer acquisition, and measurable growth.

You’ll also:

  • Lead a team of two specialists and manage agency relationships
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Align performance marketing strategy with business priorities
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in SEO and performance marketing
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, SEM, and affiliate marketing
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or eCommerce (preferred)
