Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Manager, Performance Media to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing performance media strategies that drive business success while elevating the Dior brand. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital media, analytics, and budget management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid search, paid social, and affiliate marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Facebook Insights and etc.).
  • Excellent understanding of budget management and financial forecasting.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
