THE APPROXIMATE ANNUAL BASE COMPENSATION RANGE FOR THIS POSITION IS CAD -$140,000 TO $160,000. Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive and own quality of project plans, in terms of Schedule, Resources, Milestones & Costs Actively participate in daily management, ensuring project plans and project execution are in line
  • Work closely with Project and Delivery Manager to ensure plan is closely aligned to project progress
  • Regularly liaise with Project Control Analyst to align planned work with financial forecast
  • Proactively identify possible deviations from planned targets
  • Close interaction with the PM, Unit/Site Finance Department and project controller
  • Project planning & control, resource management, and task allocations utilizing Primavera P6
  • Manage all activities and deliverables under the project scope.
  • Provide project updates to customers and review project status with stakeholders.
  • Communicate with leadership and functional owners in engineering, manufacturing, quality, planning, sourcing, and field service to understand business needs and objectives.
  • Develop periodic communication plans and arrange reviews with customers, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Gather business requirements from clients and perform impact analysis.
  • Ensure smooth operation of integrated systems through analytics and automation; develop analytical models using cutting-edge technologies.
  • Liaise with clients to gather new requirements and develop reports, forms, and interfaces.
  • Develop strategies and policies regarding project deliverable timelines; establish project team structure.
  • Collaborate with functional stakeholders to define objectives and requirements; prioritize tasks and drive day-to-day operations.
  • Audit inputs from functional stakeholders to ensure standard and accurate output.
  • Make decisions on task prioritization; oversee daily activities for effective resource utilization.
  • Address process concerns of teams; facilitate quick resolution.
  • Identify gaps in current processes by coordinating with functional stakeholders; drive business objectives through process improvement opportunities.
  • Synthesize strategic recommendations to provide direction for management and leadership towards process improvements.
  • Competent with Primavera project planning software, MS project and other similar planning tools.
