The Senior Manager - Planning is responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Qiddiya Investment Company's overarching goals. This role will oversee market research, competitive analysis, and customer insight initiatives to inform marketing plans and campaigns. The manager will collaborate closely with various departments—including product development, operations, and sales—to ensure that marketing activities effectively drive brand awareness and business growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing Strategy Development: o Create and implement the marketing strategy, including objectives, KPIs, and budget allocation to support QIC's overall strategic plan. o Lead the development of marketing programs and initiatives that drive customer engagement and brand loyalty. o Ensure marketing strategies are aligned with QIC’s mission, vision, and core values. 2. Market Research & Analysis: o Oversee the execution of comprehensive market research activities to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. o Utilize data analytics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for marketing campaigns. o Stay updated on industry developments and emerging marketing tactics. 3. Campaign Management: o Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. o Collaborate with creative teams to develop impactful marketing materials and resources. o Measure and report on campaign performance, making adjustments as necessary. 4. Stakeholder Engagement: o Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand business priorities and marketing needs. o Coordinate with external agencies and partners to execute marketing initiatives. o Prepare and present marketing performance reports to senior leadership and stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in marketing planning or strategic marketing roles. Strong analytical and project management skills.
