This position helps provide and maintain facilities which give Church members places where they can worship, teach, learn, pray together, make and renew covenants, and receive sacred ordinances. Each Church facility that is built and/or maintained should 1) Provide a spiritual setting for members to worship, and 2) Present an image of reverence and dignity in the community. To manage and be responsible for the staff and workload of various disciplines within the architecture and engineering division as defined as a 'Section'. Provide direct client contact and service to ensure customer projects are completed on time, within budget and of the quality appropriate to the client. Clients are defined as the Presiding Bishopric which include Headquarters Campus, Special Projects and the Worldwide Meetinghouse program, Temple Department, Church Education System, Missionary Department, Welfare Department and Materials Management Department. Provide exemplary leadership within the section for ensuring the goals and direction of the Department and Division are implemented. Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for project management support functions and establish Church-wide standards for cost, procurement, and project controls. Lead the training and mentoring of Area personnel to ensure consistent project delivery across a global portfolio.
