Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role: 1. Lead TIM Project Management Office team of currently 5 team members Assign internal requests within team Ensure timely order request execution incl. alignment with requestor, RFQ, supplier selection and PO/data transfer Ensure conformity to agreed price list and identify additional bundling saving options Ensure timely project execution and act as 1st level of escalation in case of deviation/pull-in requests Secure IFX IP Ownership from supplier (e.g. by collecting and verifying HW6 Doc Packages from suppliers, uploading LOM in master data Board Catalog) Handle all issues regarding wrong/delayed shipments, custom clearance, invoicing, supporting CARs Regular communication to internal stakeholders 2. Ensure buddy system between PMO and PEN for knowledge sharing and PMO development 3. Critical Component Management (Time2Market initiative) Own CCM: identify critical components, make sure they are ordered and stored by partner, control storage level and financials 4. Digitalization and Data Management/Analytics Improve processes for order and data storage management Make sure master data is up to date and archived (Board Portal) Provide data and analytics to CM and PEN 5. Operational Supplier Management Weekly alignment and project tracking with major suppliers incl. communication to internal stakeholder Prepare and moderate QPR / SES meetings with major suppliers Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Engineering background Leadership experience Expertise in SAP MM / MyBuy Very good communication skills to internal and external stakeholders (in English) Able to handle multiple projects over Frontend and Backend (~2000 requests per year) Work independently Technical knowledge about TIM Team player #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
