• Build on the solid actions in the LEGO Group’s Operations to develop a thoughtful and meaningful company-wide strategy around pollution and waste mitigation while engaging with Senior leadership, implementation partners, and external experts
• Develop targets and metrics to focus on pollution prevention, waste reduction, and resource efficiencies
• Develop standards and policies and drive cross-functional roadmaps and initiatives with manufacturing, offices, and supply chain teams to reduce environmental impact across operations that align with regulations and reduce risks and impacts
• Contribute to ESG and sustainability reporting, including disclosures for CDP, CSRD, or regulatory filings
• Provide leadership and technical expertise to site-level teams and build internal capacity for environmental performance improvement
