A bit about your role This role is responsible for driving nbn’s Access Network power strategy by enhancing governance, ensuring commercial discipline, and fostering strong stakeholder engagement. It leads the establishment of key forums to support prioritisation and decision-making across the power ecosystem, while delivering performance insights and financial reporting aligned with strategic goals. The position partners with internal teams to improve operational maturity and promotes collaboration and innovation. It also champions nbn’s core mindsets—working as one, simplifying processes, focusing on impact, embracing innovation, and leading with humility—to deliver meaningful outcomes for customers and communities. A bit about you The ideal candidate has a background in the power sector or a similar industry, with a strong track record of guiding, influencing, and inspiring others in complex organisational settings. They bring executive-level governance experience, excel at stakeholder engagement, and have a proven ability to lead change. Known for championing innovation, they inspire cross-functional teams to collaborate and deliver effective solutions. Adept at navigating complexity, they leverage modern tools and approaches to drive transformation and clearly communicate vision.
