MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of experience leading pre-sales teams at B2B SaaS companies with demonstrated success in revenue growth and process improvement
  • Proven track record of building, scaling, and managing high-performing Solutions Consulting teams
  • Deep expertise in CPG and/or Retail verticals, including strong understanding of Trade Promotion and Retail Price Management/Merchandising
  • Strong presentation and persuasion capabilities with experience engaging senior executives
  • Experience developing business processes and strategies in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Experience analyzing and improving pre-sales performance metrics including win rates and sales cycle acceleration
  • Ability to balance strategic leadership responsibilities with hands-on customer engagement
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with data analytics platforms in retail/CPG contexts
  • Background in pricing optimization, promotional analytics, or revenue management technologies
  • Track record of successful collaboration with Product and Engineering teams in a customer-facing capacity
  • Experience managing remote or distributed teams
