Description
Coordinates between commercial and technical teams and supports revenue growth. Translate the global Strategic Product Plan at regional level into customer specific actions , meanwhile provide regional input into global plan. Proactively identify and translate customer pain points into technical solutions by engaging directly with customers alongside Account Managers, thus supporting project conversion and value creation. Coordinate between commercial and technical teams mobilizing internal expert networks (e.g., Regulatory, Quality, Science, Application & Formulation) to co-develop robust, compliant, and innovative customer solutions. Deliver or coordinate technical sales support across the customer journey - pre- and post-sales - ensuring optimal product application/formulation performance, and customer satisfaction. Tailor product value proposition to regional specifics where needed and provide training to marketing and sales team. Provide strategic feedback to Marketing, Sales, and other key stakeholders (e.g., Innovation, Application, Formulation) on delivered customer value and portfolio gaps, helping to shape future offerings and guide the innovation pipeline. Build strong relationships with customer technical teams, including site visits, to uncover operational challenges/ painpoints/ business opportunities and co-create tailored, high-impact solutions. Provide strategic market/competitor insights and contribute valuable perspectives to enhance portfolio competitiveness. Ability to identify consumer insights, business and other opportunities, define innovation strategies, transform them into concepts and achieve their implementation Ability to build quality and trusting customer relationships through strong interpersonal skills and integrity Ability to effectively deal with different cultures
