We are looking for a Senior Presales Manager in our MENA Team. With a deep understanding of Capillary and complete solution offering, you will contribute to our rapid growth by working very closely with our sales teams and providing active support to take opportunities to closure. This role is based out of Dubai, UAE and will report into the Asia Presales Head. The role will be a primary point of contact for sales team & prospects. The individual will liaison between Capillaryʼs product, technology, delivery & other teams to identify the most appropriate solution for an opportunity and present the same to the prospective client.

PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering (MBA or higher degree will be a plus)
  • Overall 6-7 years of industry experience (min. 3 years of Presales experience is must)
  • Exposure to loyalty domain would be preferred - Working & supporting on Retail clients / Retail Marketers / Brands
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Results-driven, focused, and analytical
  • Outstanding follow-up, organizational, and time management skills
  • Resourceful and energetic executor capable of taking on a task and driving it to completion
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
  • Assisting sales team in the qualification of customer needs and finding the right product fit
  • Performing pre-sales product demonstrations
  • Building technical and commercial proposals
  • Responding to Request for Information / Proposal (RFP) documents
  • Leading the Proof of Concept (POC) developments and presenting the POC application to the key stakeholders of the prospect
  • Delivering solution centric & domain specific presentations where needed
  • Presenting to all levels of the organization including top management
  • Coordinating complex solution developing process and overcoming objections to closure
  • Assist in creating collaterals, case studies, white papers, etc.
  • Assisting in the timely closure of opportunities
  • Build reusable collateral and contribute to the knowledge repository
