Job Description
The purpose of this role is to ensure that comprehensive blueprints for METRO’s multi-channel pricing strategy are in place and always kept up to date. It also ensures that country teams are well-equipped and trained to implement the strategy within their local organizations. The role makes certain that they are familiar with the standard processes and tools required for implementation, and that they feel supported and guided in their journey of executing the strategy and tools, for example, through monthly routines and discussions on established performance metrics.
