Senior Manager, Pricing Perm, full time Auckland based Mō te tūranga | About the Role We’re seeking a strategic and commercially minded Senior Manager to lead the design and implementation of customer-centric pricing initiatives. This role is essential in driving value for both the business and our customers, ensuring pricing strategies align with organisational objectives. As the Senior Manager you will manage a diverse Business Lending Pricing portfolio, proactively analysing business performance to identify actionable insights and continuous improvement opportunities. Your ability to influence and collaborate across teams will be key to delivering performance actions and driving strategic outcomes. In addition to core responsibilities of the portfolio, you’ll assist with special projects and contribute across the wider pricing team. You’ll also play a critical role in maintaining compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and standards.
