Our Business Information and Analysis team is responsible for the middle office management of our global principal portfolio, from pre-acquisition to divestment. Principal Finance provides flexible primary financing solutions and engages in secondary market investing, across the capital structure. Operating globally in both corporate and real estate sectors, the team has experience across a variety of industry groups including real estate, infrastructure, telecommunications, media, entertainment and technology, leisure and healthcare and operates globally.

What role will you play?
Play a key role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with global exposure to investing products and structures while collaborating with our front office deal teams and broader group functions.
You will be responsible for the analysis of portfolio performance, pipeline reporting and transaction returns tracking while also completing quarterly and half year portfolio and valuation reviews. There will be opportunities to be involved in strategic projects such as the reporting technology transformation within the team.

What you offer

• A tertiary qualification with an excellent academic record, preferably in Corporate Finance and/or Accounting. A post graduate qualification in Finance and/or Accounting will be an advantage
• 7+ years of experience within banking, financial services, or professional services in a similar or related role, and experience managing a team
• A deep understanding of financial, accounting and valuation concepts and experience in providing business information, analysis and insight in a highly data driven environment
• Advanced excel and presentation reporting skills
• Strong communication skills and numerical ability as well as the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and clients
