Job Description Responsibilities Client leadership — Lead a diverse client portfolio with strong commercial focus, relationship management, and delivery against financial targets. Client engagement — Build long‑term client relationships through proactive meetings, professionalism, and trust, reducing churn. Escalation management — Serve as the senior escalation point for complex technical, service, and sales issues. Operational excellence — Coach team members to deliver a client‑centric service and maintain accurate, complete data. Risk and compliance — Ensure effective controls, regulatory compliance, and identify opportunities for process improvement. Fiduciary development — Develop capability to act as a director on client boards in line with statutory requirements. Project contribution — Participate in projects, generating innovative ideas and constructively challenging existing processes. Financial management — Drive profitability through strong financial discipline, including oversight of fee proposals, resourcing, time recording, invoicing, collections, and cost control. Profitability review — Regularly assess entity‑level profitability and support required remedial actions. Qualifications Knowledge, skills and experience Minimum of 3+ years trust and company administration/relevant experience. Suitable management experience. Desirable: A professional/relevant qualification to Professional Level (e.g. ICSA/STEP/CGI). Possess a comprehensive understanding and strong technical knowledge of Trust Administration, Company Law and the tax implications of various structures.
