Description

Guide a Process Development team through the different phases of new process and product launches from the site. Provides guidance and training to staff, assists subordinates in attaining career goals, motivates individuals to achieve results, and recruits and maintains a high quality staff. Manages execution of the functional deliverables associated with a PDP/TDP Prioritizes and manages execution of multiple department projects. Oversees selection of processes that meet business goals. Works with other divisional and operations managers cross-functionally to standardize, leverage and implement engineering tools and establish best-demonstrated practices. Serves as a technical resource and provides on-going feedback and coaching to direct reports and PD project team. Establishes department strategies, metrics and objectives and monitors progress as appropriate. Bachelor or Licenciature degree in Industrial, Electronic, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering or related field. Experience: At least 10 years in similar or related fields Desired English Level: 90% or more Desired knowledge: Statistical skills, Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge, PDP/TDP, Project Management, Design Control
