Section 1: Position Summary This strategic leadership role requires deep expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile methodologies, and a proven ability to deliver measurable business outcomes through process optimization and intelligent automation. The role will partner with senior stakeholders, define the Process Excellence roadmap, and leverage advanced technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Agentic AI and analytics tools to enable data-driven decision-making. You will also establish governance frameworks, build organizational capability, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Section 2: Job Functions, Essential Duties and Responsibilities Define and execute the Process Excellence strategy aligned with organizational objectives. Drive transformation programs that enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer experience. Identify high-impact process improvement opportunities across business units. Oversee implementation of automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate & Agentic AI Deliver advanced dashboards and actionable insights using Power BI and other analytics platforms. Ensure robust data governance and quality for decision-making. Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption of process improvements. Influence and manage change at all levels of the organization. Establish standards, best practices, and governance for process excellence and automation initiatives. Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements. Mentor and develop high-performing teams. Conduct Yellow Belt and Green Belt training to build organizational capability in Lean Six Sigma. Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by Ascensus to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to Ascensus or our clients. Supervision N/A Section 3: Experience, Skills, Knowledge Requirements 10+ years in Process Excellence, Automation, and Analytics, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of managing enterprise-level transformation programs. Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt certified, and Agile methodologies. Hands-on experience with RPA tools, Microsoft Power Platform, and Agentic AI The ability to communicate complex concepts to senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences. Strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and change leadership. Ability to build and lead high-performing teams. Preferred Qualifications: Graduation/Post-Graduation in Commerce, Computer Science, or related fields. Six Sigma Black Belt Certification - Mandatory Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and managing PMO-level initiatives.
