Qiddiya Investment Company is embarking on an exciting journey to develop the region's premier entertainment and leisure destination. We are currently looking for a highly skilled Senior Manager - Procurement for our CDUP2040 (CDU911) project. In this critical role, you will oversee all procurement activities to ensure alignment with the project's objectives and deliverables. The Senior Manager - Procurement will play a vital role in optimizing procurement processes, developing strategic sourcing relationships, and ensuring that all purchasing activities meet quality, cost, and time parameters. You will collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders to fulfill needs effectively while managing risks and compliance throughout the procurement lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute procurement strategies specific to the CDUP2040 project, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. Lead and manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, tendering, and contracting. Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers, ensuring their performance meets the project's requirements. Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify best practices, pricing, and opportunities for cost optimization. Implement robust procurement policies and ensure compliance with legal regulations and organizational standards. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify project needs and establish procurement timelines. Supervise, mentor, and develop the procurement team to foster success and professional growth. Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior management on procurement activities and project progress. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline; Master’s degree is a plus. At least 10 years of experience in procurement, with significant experience in a managerial role within relevant industries. Proven track record of executing successful procurement strategies for large-scale projects. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical capabilities, with experience in procurement analytics and reporting. Demonstrated experience in supplier relationship management and contract negotiations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Knowledge of procurement regulations, compliance, and best practices in the industry.
