THE ROLE

As a Senior Manager - Procurement, Governance and Enablement, reporting to the Senior Executive Leader, Procurement, Property and Contracts, you will be an integral part of the centralised procurement leadership team together leading ASIC’s procurement function to become a strategic and integrated function, delivering efficient and long-term value to ASIC.

You will be responsible for:

  • Design and develop procurement strategic functional strategy and embed procurement capability to measure and report on procurement targets and KPIs aligned to ASIC objectives.
  • Establishment of a Procurement of Excellence (CoE) within ASIC to accelerate digital adoption, process improvements and emerging trends.
  • Act as the custodian of the ASIC procurement policy balancing risk, and value.
  • Develop governance and probity practices to ensure compliance to the PGPA Act and Commonwealth Procurement Framework and Rules (CPRs) and a strong commitment to compliance and risk management.
  • Develop a forward-looking strategic pipeline ensuring procurement is proactively engaged and aligned with business priorities.
