This strategic role will oversee a broad array of procurement activities necessary to support multiple projects under our various initiatives. As the Senior Manager - Procurement, you will play a critical role in strategy development and the execution of procurement processes, ensuring that our projects receive timely, quality, and cost-effective goods and services. You will lead a team of procurement professionals, manage supplier relationships, and have the opportunity to influence procurement policy across the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective procurement strategies that support project objectives and align with the company's overall goals. Manage the complete procurement lifecycle from sourcing to contract negotiation and supplier management. Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure optimal service delivery. Monitor procurement performance and compliance, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and relevant regulations. Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends and identify opportunities for cost savings. Lead procurement initiatives through collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and improve processes. Mentor and develop procurement staff, ensuring a high level of professionalism within the team. Prepare and deliver reports on procurement performance and strategic updates to senior management. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is preferred. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in procurement with 4-5 years in a managerial role. Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and supplier management. Exceptional analytical skills with a familiarity in data analysis and reporting tools. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple procurement projects simultaneously.
