As a Senior Manager Procurement Negotiation Excellence in our Corporate team, you’ll play a vital part in building the frameworks, relationships, and processes that keep Infineon’s Business thriving. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Consult Procurement’s negotiators to prepare large-scale project awards and annual price negotiations employing innovative methodologies such as game theory Drive large-scale negotiation events (“negotiation weeks”) Develop frameworks and material for negotiation preparation Create and conduct negotiation trainings Enable Procurement to further roll-out monetarized comparisons of suppliers („monetarized total-cost-of-ownership”) Prepare negotiation results for reporting Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed A degree in economics, mathematics, engineering, business administration or similar At least 6 years of working experience in procurement and/or consulting with a focus on procurement Extensive negotiation experience in large-scale projects covering negotiations with a diverse range of boundary conditions; Negotiation experience gained across several companies/positions is an advantage Knowledge of game theory and extensive experience in conducting game theory – based negotiations Experience in conducting large-scale negotiation events “negotiation weeks” is an advantage Experience in conducting (negotiation) trainings Very good analytical skills, project management skills, and communication skills A solution-oriented and service-oriented mindset Fluent English language skills, German is a plus Contact: Julie Danielsen Larsen, LinkedIn #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
