Act as a project leader and drive strategic projects for Procurement Support the CPO in all major tasks and responsibilities, including planning, organization, orchestration, and documentation of the bi-weekly leadership circle meetings and quarterly workshops In charge of communications from the CPO office to the Procurement organization, stakeholders, and suppliers Drive and coordinate Procurement's organization-wide stakeholder engagement program Act as an interface towards Procurement's leadership team and as interface to (senior) stakeholders to drive the transformation and success of the function Support the regular reporting and performance tracking of the function Play a key role in the organization of the global supplier day and Procurement conferences You are personally committed to the concerns of your stakeholders and award them a high priority. You communicate openly, clearly and coherently, and act with a high degree of integrity and trustfulness. In your daily work, you ensure highest quality results and strive for excellence. A master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or similar and a strong financial and business acumen At least 6 years of relevant professional experience, including procurement and/or project management and/or strategy consultancy with a proven track record of working in cross-functional, multi-cultural teams Demonstrated, profound project management experience and change management experience or interest to develop in this area Ability to work with absolute discretion and at the highest level of integrity Proficient skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) especially for the creation of compelling PowerPoint presentations and short videos A high level of resilience and multi-tasking capabilities, a demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, fluid environment, and a high degree of time management, organization and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting complex topics to a broader audience, including senior management in Englisch We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
