Define and own the multi-year procurement transformation roadmap, aligning process improvements with technology enablement to achieve strategic business objectives Identify and prioritize high-impact transformation opportunities based on business value, ROI, and strategic alignment Drive execution of transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation, ensuring delivery of committed business outcomes Bridge the gap between procurement business processes and technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration and adoption Assess current-state capabilities and design future-state operating models that leverage technology to optimize processes Establish metrics and KPIs to measure transformation impact on productivity, efficiency, compliance, and cost reduction Serve as strategic liaison between business, technology, engineering, product, and compliance teams Lead cross-functional transformation governance and influence technology roadmaps to prioritize procurement needs Manage procurement technology vendors and ensure investments deliver on transformation commitments Document transformation requirements that connect business needs with engineering-ready technology specifications
