ABOUT THE TEAM

As Senior Manager of Product Design for on our Mover Experience team, you will lead design across a core set of features that power the heart of our customer experience: saved searches, saved homes, co-shopping, and communications (email, push notifications, SEO). These are critical touchpoints that connect people to homes and back to Zillow.
This is a highly collaborative and cross-functional role that bridges on-platform and off-platform customer journeys. You’ll work alongside product, engineering, research, data science, brand, and marketing partners to define how Zillow can engage, re-engage, and inspire customers to take their next step.
There is significant opportunity for growth in this space — both in terms of product impact and leadership. We’re looking for someone who can lead through complexity, scale design quality and strategy, and elevate how we work as a team.
