Position Overview: You’ll lead APAC PE/TD/CMF team to interface with product management, project management, industrial design, quality assurance, prototyping, testing, design engineering and merchandise sourcing in delivering a constant flow of innovative products. You also will collaborate with resource managers across product creation to plan, resource, and execute new projects. Ensure all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organization’s established policies and objectives. Utilize best practice engineering methods and provide expert technical guidance for engineering initiatives. Incorporate components, materials, and tools that result in cost-effective and quality output. Responsibilities

This role involves leading the APAC Product Engineering/Technical Design/CMF team to deliver innovative products by interfacing with various internal departments and managing engineering projects to ensure conformance with company policies. The manager will also be responsible for coaching the Vietnam engineering team, driving coordination between engineering and factory teams, and ensuring technical alignment and proper documentation for manufacturing processes.
