YOUR EXPERIENCE

• 8+ years of product management experience in the software industry, with at least 5 years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms for SaaS B2B solution.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills based on the first principles of thinking
• Good understanding of technology, and comfort with product management processes such as A/B experimentation, writing product requirement documents, managing product backlogs, and creating roadmaps
• Experience working with modern e-commerce /payment platforms
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills to get work done across different functions and drive product development

• Build robust and scalable digital customer experience and e-commerce platform that helps customers trial, convert, and expand seamlessly
• Build superior merchandising, pricing, and promotions engine that drives our intentional product-led growth business outcomes
• Work with UX/UI teams to ensure the customer experience in the funnel and portal are modern, intuitive, and conversion-focused.
• Monitor and analyze e-commerce funnel performance metrics, including trial, conversion rates, and adoption from trial to post-conversion, and use this data to make informed decisions about product strategy and development
• Relentlessly drive A/B experimentation for optimizing in funnel, product conversion, and expansion optimization.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and risks
