Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, E-commerce, Media and Retail to deliver seamless consumer engagement and measurement. Enable consumer acquisition and automation through data-driven consumer journeys and personalization powered by CRM/CDP insights. Lead local solution/product design and implementation, ensuring compatibility with China ecosystem (e.g., Alibaba, Douyin, Tencent, local data compliance). Track and measure MarTech ROI, providing insights and suggestions to drive marketing effectiveness. Lead consumer journey analysis and insight generation to understand consumer needs, identify growth opportunities and improve personalized engagement strategies. Explore new opportunities and innovative use cases while partnering with cross-functional teams with creative thinking Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Information Systems or related field. 8+ years of experience in digital marketing technology, CRM, CDP/MA or product management roles. Strong hands-on experience on local China digital solutions and deep understanding of China’s digital ecosystem (WeChat, Douyin, RED, mini-programs, etc.) and consumer data tracking models. Strong analytical capability with proven experience in consumer data analysis, segmentation and journey mapping, leveraging CRM/CDP insight to drive business decisions. Proven success leading MarTech integration or digital transformation projects in China and passionate about emerging technologies such as AI-driven solutions Communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work across business and technical teams in bilingual environments (Chinese/English).
