Senior Manager, Product Operations Playbooks and Toolkits Project Manager| Retail Bank Product Operations

As a Senior Manager Project Manager at Capital One, you will drive strategy and execute on high priority projects and programs for the company. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • At least 5 Years of Project Management, Product Management, or Program Management experience
  • At least 3 Years of People Leadership experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • UX Design, Knowledge Management, or Learning Resource Design experience
  • PMP or Agile certification
  • Org-wide Communication and Change Management experience
  • At least 5 years of People Leadership experience
  • Masters / MBA degree
Responsibilities
  • Leading a top organizational priority for Retail Bank Product Operations, providing strategic direction to projects, peers, and key partners
  • Design, develop, and manage the strategy and roadmaps for a new org-wide service offering in a dynamic environment, making revisions as needed to keep pace with changing requirements and inputs
  • Own reporting and escalations structure to senior leadership, including inputs to MBRs, portfolio reviews, risk forums, and newsletters
  • Leveraging problem solving and influencing skills to ensure program and project plans deliver on intent
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment
  • Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
  • Develop a target state operating model with sustainability plans that address evolving business needs, target user audience, staffing requirements, and talent development.
