GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Product Strategy and Operations Sr. Manager role is centered around enabling the media network to scale through ad product strategy and operational initiatives. This role will leverage a detailed understanding of retail media’s trends, adtech and regulatory changes to identify and prioritize growth opportunities. The Sr. Manager will partner closely with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and launch capabilities and steward operational routines to scale adoption and maximize efficiencies.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

  • Understanding of digital media, retail media, and advertising technology.
  • Ability to translate strategic business priorities into clear and detailed product priorities and functional requirements.
  • Superior project management and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver prioritized outcomes.
  • Self-motivated, high-capacity individual with intellectual curiosity and a strong familiarity with the digital environment.
  • Highly detail-oriented, self-starter, independent worker with critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Possess a growth mindset with an ability to navigate ambiguity and think critically and flexibly to adapt quickly to change.

WORK EXPERIENCE &/OR EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Retail Media Network experience is preferred; digital media, CPG, agency experience is a bonus.
  • 6+ years of experience with product operations, product management, strategy or equivalent within a CPG, retail, or internet company.
  • This is a full-time remote position.
Responsibilities
  • Define, prioritize, and execute ad product and operational initiatives that enable DGMN to scape.
  • Manage prioritization of the product and capabilities roadmap and translate business strategic needs into clear product priorities and functional requirements.
  • Partner closely with internal and external teams to develop, test, and launch new capabilities.
  • Synthesize feedback and industry trends to identify strategic gaps and opportunities.
  • Curate enablement designed to help with products, pricing and additional selling/marketing needs for bringing DGMN’s strategy to life.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop, document and execute new processes/ways of working designed to operationalize products, drive efficiencies, and deliver client (internal and external) satisfaction.
  • Support and steward processes that maximize efficiencies for DG Media Network.
  • Shephard a ‘client focused’ and ‘one team’ culture, balancing client needs with organizational goals.
