The opportunity Reporting to the Head of Content and Workplace Marketing, you’ll coordinate the output of a multidisciplinary team of content developers, designers and video producers. You’ll bring structure, clarity and momentum to a fast‑paced environment—owning intake, prioritisation, workflows and resourcing to ensure high‑quality content is delivered on time, on brand and within budget. What you’ll be doing Own end‑to‑end intake, briefing and prioritisation of creative and content requests Build and manage production schedules, workflows and WIP across multiple disciplines Forecast capacity and resource needs, including engaging freelancers or agency partners Manage production budgets, timelines and change control Maintain strong quality assurance, brand governance, accessibility and compliance standards Coordinate approvals across legal, risk, privacy and brand Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear status updates and managing expectations Track studio performance metrics and drive continuous improvement Coach and support studio coordinators and traffic management capability What we’re looking for Demonstrated experience in production management or a similar role in a fast‑paced environment Strong workflow, resourcing and prioritisation skills Confidence translating ambiguous briefs into clear, actionable plans Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills A data‑ and systems‑driven mindset with experience using production or work management tools A collaborative, resilient approach with high attention to detail Qualifications Relevant Marketing, Business/Commerce degree of equivalent. Required experience, understanding or credentials including: Production management and efficiency focus: Demonstrated success with 3-5 years experience working in a busy production environment in a similar or related role. Data and Technology Mindset: Passion for leveraging data, analytics, and emerging technologies to uncover insights, measure production performance, and inform continuous improvement. Collaborative Style: Strong influencing skills with the ability to deliver outcomes through others, fostering alignment and collaboration across diverse functions and teams. Attention to Detail and Perspective: Balances strategic vision with operational precision, ensuring initiatives are both high-impact and well-executed. Effective Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex insights and strategies into clear, compelling narratives. Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Production will coordinate a multidisciplinary team of content developers, designers, and producers to ensure high-quality content is delivered on time and within budget.
