(Senior )  Product Strategy Manager (m/f/d)

Location: Pullach/Munich

Your tasks: 

• Competitive analysis : You observe the core market and adjacent markets and evaluate new business models.
• Developing new product concepts:  You will independently develop market-oriented product concepts. In doing so, you will act almost like " a founder within the company " and work closely with our sales and marketing teams to translate their feedback into innovative, market-relevant solutions.
• Evaluation and prioritization of concepts:  You systematize ideas and concepts from internal and external sources (customer feedback, market research, sales, competitive analysis), assess their impact on the business and customer satisfaction, and coordinate the prioritization internally.
• You create compelling pitches to optimally present our solutions, including to our existing B2B customers .
• Implementation support : You will oversee the implementation of all concepts and ensure conformity with the idea, the business case, and the entire company.
• Strategy:  You have an overview of the entire product strategy and consider all flows to other departments.

Your profile: 

• Education:  You have a degree in a business-related field and/or a scientific/technical discipline and have completed it with very good grades.
• Professional experience:   You have at least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in management consulting or a comparable role.
• Analytical skills : Strong analytical and conceptual skills, particularly in relation to market research, data analysis, and strategic planning.
• Entrepreneurial thinking:  The ability to act proactively and make independent decisions that advance the product and the company.
• Technical skills : You are very familiar with all Office applications, ideally also with AI.
• Technical understanding:  Basic knowledge of software development or technology-oriented products and collaboration with technical teams.
