The Senior Manager, Professional Billing/Billing is responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Epic Hospital Billing (HB)/ Resolute application. This role involves leading collaboration with clinical, operational, and financial teams to ensure effective billing processes and workflows within TBHC healthcare organization. The Epic Hospital Billing Manager will report to Epic Director of Revenue Cycle Applications. Requires flexibility of schedules of working hours. Hours may be subject to change to support the application during upgrades and on call. Qualifications * Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Computer Systems, or other related field. * Experience working on medium to large size projects of 500-1000+ hours * Experience working in a Healthcare environment * EPIC Hospital Billing Resolute Application * Certificates in Epic Inpatient Clinical -  PREFERRED * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Ability to work independently and as a team member across multiple teams * Ability to independently research and perform analysis to resolve complex issues * Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and able to manage one’s own work independently in a fast –paced environment with changing priorities. * Must be able to maintain professionalism and react to customers appropriately while exhibiting the highest level of customer service * Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Work PowerPoint, etc.) * Demonstrates ability to develop complex specifications for all aspects of applications, and familiarity with problem analysis, hardware/software configurations and application integration * Utilization of reports, database management and dashboards to support decision-making and improve outpatient operations. * Maintaining and keeping system up to date with the latest regulatory and compliance requirements. * Requires knowledge of the client areas function and systems, technology alternatives, and ability to work effectively with client and Information Technology management and staff. * Knowledge of applications security and control procedures in accordance with departmental, vendor standards and regulatory bodies. * Proficient in using Hospital Billing (HB) tools.
