Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Program Manager to oversee and drive projects within Carrier Climate Solutions Transportation Container business segment and ensure that products meet customer needs and market requirements. The position will lead multi-functional product development teams, including identification of team members, allocation of resources, development and maintenance of individual and group/development team objectives. Responsibilities Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are executed according to these plans. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, providing clear direction and support to ensure project goals are met. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures. Advocate additional funding when necessary. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and executives. Provide updates on project progress and address any issues that arise. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Quality Control: Perform quality checks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure standards are maintained. Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, proposals, and meeting minutes. Education Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field. Experience Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the transportation or manufacturing industry. Skills Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Planisware). Qualifications: PMP certification is a plus. Strong project and team management skills Strong interpersonal skills, communication and leadership Ability to interact constructively with diverse teams, including international elements Ability to manage multiple, sometimes conflicting priorities Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
