MUST HAVE SKILLS:

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Program Manager Release Manager successfully managing multiple vendors
  • End-to-end Project Management: Ability to oversee the entire project life cycle taking full ownership of project delivery
  • Deployment Planning: Skilled in creating and executing deployment strategies
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements manage testing and align release schedules for components
  • Cross Team Collaboration: Work closely with Development Testing Business Project Management and Platform teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Process Adherence: Follow client processes for product releases including completing required forms and documentation
  • Tool Proficiency: Proficient in project management tools such as Azure DevOps ADO Jira or similar platforms
  • Leadership Organizational Skills: Exceptional leadership time management and organizational abilities with knowledge of strategic planning risk management change management and performance evaluation
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical background with an understanding or hands-on experience in software development and Cloud technologies e.g., Azure AWS
  • Problem-solving & Negotiation: Excellent analytical problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Pressure Management: Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and meet tight deadlines
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive high-quality project documentation

  • Communication Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with clients onshore and offshore teams
  • Proactive Attitude: A go getter mindset taking initiative to drive project success
