QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Engineering or related field; Candidate with PMP would be preferred.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in maritime sector.
• Proven track record in managing complex, multidisciplinary development programs.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing operations.
• Experience working with startup or early-stage product companies a strong plus.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Programme to lead the end-to-end delivery and integration of our Wing-in-Ground (WIG) craft development program. This role will own cross-functional leadership across Program Management, Supply Chain Management, Assembly Site & Partner Coordination, and Sales/Business Development.
