EDUCATION, SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Post-secondary education in education, program administration, social sciences, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in program leadership, evaluation and system improvement
  • Strong understanding of systems thinking and continuous improvement approaches.
  • Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrative experience in participatory evaluation methods and community engagement
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Power BI and SharePoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences
  • Knowledge of the Ontario curriculum and school board operations is considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional work and build collaborative relationships
  • Experience in a nonprofit or public sector setting is an asset
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for work
