Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager of Project Controls to drive the success of our large-scale projects. This strategic role ensures that all project controls, including cost management, scheduling, and reporting, are executed with precision and align with our overall project goals. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Lead a team of project control experts to develop and implement efficient processes that support project delivery. Cost and Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring accurate forecasts and implementing effective cost control measures to prevent budget overruns. Scheduling and Planning: Develop comprehensive project schedules, performing critical path analysis to identify potential impacts on project timelines. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring that risk management strategies are proactively managed. Performance Monitoring: Utilize Earned Value Management (EVM) principles to evaluate project performance and prepare timely reports for senior management and stakeholders. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing updates on project status and potential issues. Continuous Improvement: Enhance project control processes and methodologies to improve overall project delivery and performance. Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in project controls, especially with large infrastructure or entertainment projects. Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience managing project control teams. In-depth knowledge of project management tools and methodologies. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent preferred. Experience in the entertainment, tourism, or leisure sectors is a significant advantage.
