Responsibilities

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee a portfolio of complex, high-visibility projects focused on Ecosystem and Payment Operations, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals and customer-centric vision.
  • Managing the unique complexities of payment platforms, digital banking solutions, and payment operations technologies and teams.
  • Act as a proactive collaborator and escalation point for critical challenges, driving resolution through creative problem-solving, translating root cause to action, messaging to executive leadership.
  • Develop and maintain roadmaps, ensuring clear communication of timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies to all stakeholders.
  • Facilitate strategic decision-making by preparing and presenting business cases, feasibility studies, and project updates to senior leadership.
  • Ensure projects meet compliance requirements, regulatory standards, and organizational quality expectations.
  • Engage with Operations leadership to tailor strategic materials, impact assessments, ensuring departmental efficiencies are achieved.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is preferred.
  • Strong problem solver with the ability to distill truth from multiple inputs, identify the right course of action, and adapt strategy and delivery as needed
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage executive audiences effectively.
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects (preferred in a financial services, compliance, or regulatory environment). Consulting backgrounds strongly considered
  • Strong understanding of compliance, anti-money laundering regulations, and financial services delivery platforms is preferred
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while influencing stakeholders and ensuring collaboration across teams.
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma or similar process improvement frameworks is nice to have.
  • English proficiency is a must.
