Key Responsibilities Act as ESR’s on-site representative and participate in all on-site engineering activities, including liaison with government authorities, various project meetings, site inspections, material verification, ledger establishment, and hidden works acceptance. Represent ESR in providing opinions and requirements regarding on-site quality, progress, cost, and safety control. Serve as the communication bridge between the site and the company, promptly reporting any on-site issues including but not limited to design defects, construction quality defects, and issues related to the supply and allocation of labour, machinery, and materials. Prepare internal deliverables: weekly construction reports, incoming material ledgers, weather records, fund records and rolling plans, and variation records with follow-up status.External deliverables (to be coordinated via consultants and CCG project management company) include various rectification notices, design change requests, penalty notices, and suspension orders. During and after construction, receive tenants, conduct project briefings, and coordinate modification requests raised by tenants. Supervise the full implementation of the project based on on-site construction progress and provide professional opinions. For major issues, consult and obtain instructions from the company’s relevant engineering principals. Reporting line: Project related: report to SVP, Construction, China; others: report to Head of HKAM. Education Bachelor’s degree project related field Experience More than 10 years of overall project management experience in logistics real estate or industrial real estate Be familiar with local relevant regulations and procedures Knowledge of M&E, Civil, Cost&contract Skills Strong communicate skills Strong problem-solving skills Personal Attributes A self-starter with strong work ethics and genuine interest in infrastructure investment Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Mastery of second or third Asian language will be advantageous Grow with us – Career growth and learning We believe our greatest strength lies in the growth and development of our team.
