Description
​ Job Purpose Responsible for managing the company’s assigned building or portfolio. Overseeing all processes of building operations and establishing accountabilities for all subordinates. Ensuring that Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met.   Key Responsibilities Ensure that all policies and procedures are appropriate, make recommendations for improvements, and implement any changes required by the business. Define, develop, manage, and control the property management budget of the assigned property to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the budgetary process. Recommend strategic plans for business development and service scopes to align with market changes. Safeguard landlord's rights and comply with relevant statutory requirements. Build and maintain good relationships with tenants. Ensure that the assigned portfolio receives appropriate management and maintenance services and provide recommendations for improvements where necessary. Coordinate with technical services, customer service teams, and other internal departments to ensure effective residents and tenants management services. Develop key external networks and stay informed about market trends, including industry and competitor developments. Select, motivate, retain, and develop staff members to meet current and future organizational needs. Implement sustainability and operational efficiency initiatives. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Senior.   Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements University graduate with a relevant property management qualification or equivalent. At least 8 years of experience in property management, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role. Excellent skills in people management and client relationship management. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Demonstrates a committed and positive attitude.  Accommodation would be provided as part of the benefits.
