Manage and mentor a team of QA automation engineers, fostering growth and technical excellence. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of UI and API-based end-to-end automation frameworks. Collaborate with development and release engineering teams to integrate automation into CI/CD workflows. Establish best practices for test automation, debugging, and performance optimization. Prioritize automation initiatives to align with product release schedules and quality goals. Drive improvements in automation coverage, reliability, and maintainability. Location: Commute to Boston Seaport office 2-3 days a week Leadership: 3-5 years of experience managing QA or software engineering teams. Automation Expertise: 5+ years of experience with UI- and API-based end-to-end automation frameworks. Technical Depth: Strong understanding of web application technologies (async, REST, distributed systems). Programming Skills: Proficiency in Java, C++, and JavaScript. Analytical Skills: Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities. Communication: Excellent organizational and communication skills for cross-team collaboration. Experience with CAD or OpenGL-based graphics. Familiarity with source control tools (e.g., Git). Experience working with distributed teams. Background in building automation for complex, distributed systems.
