Job Description Summary: Role Purpose This role is responsible for supporting the end-to-end execution of QSE programs, ensuring operational compliance with food safety, quality, and environmental regulations. As a more junior development role, the Senior Manager focuses on the tactical implementation of QSE standards within specific segments of the cluster, providing technical support to the Senior Director and Director while developing the leadership capabilities required for higher-level functional management. What you will do for us Strategic QFS Leadership & Continuous Improvement Innovation Support: Assist in the preparation of Quality and Food Safety assessments for "1st time right" new product and package introductions. Project Coordination: Support the implementation of regional QFS projects, ensuring data collection and milestone tracking are maintained across the cluster. Continuous Improvement (CI): Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and support the "Zero Defect" mentality through local CI initiatives. Data Performance: Manage and analyze QFS performance metrics to identify trends and provide insights for cluster-wide reporting Franchise & System Capability Development Verification Support: Assist in verifying that bottling system capabilities meet company standards through on-site visits and documentation reviews. Policy Deployment: Support Franchise Technical Operations Managers in the tactical rollout of policies to protect trademarks and assets. Scaling Support: Help scale quality requirements for new categories by maintaining technical documentation and guidelines Compliance & Governance: Serve as the technical lead for specific components of specialized OU programs, such as Lab Proficiency Testing or Sensory Proficiency. Assist in managing basic compliance for Environment and Safety (EHS) as directed by the Senior Director. Monitor the integration of quality standards at the local level to maintain a "Quality First" culture Risk Management & Compliance Incident Support: Provide data and administrative support for Incident Management & Crisis Resolution (IMCR) activities. Troubleshooting: Assist in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and the tracking of Corrective Action Plans (CAP) for local QFS risks. Audit Readiness: Coordinate with bottling partners to ensure audit readiness and follow up on the completion of audit action items. Regulatory Tracking: Monitor local regulatory changes to ensure ongoing alignment with internal global policies Stakeholder & Bottler Interface Work closely with local bottler project teams to ensure the tactical execution of cluster initiatives. Help maintain a regular communication cadence by preparing reports and meeting materials for cross-functional leadership. Maintain structured reporting within the defined governance framework to ensure data transparency for the cluster Qualification & Experience 3- 5 years of Quality, Food Safety, Occupational Health and Safety experience in Food & Beverage industry Experience in manufacturing processes with a strong desire to broaden technical knowledge across the full QSE spectrum. Strong hands-on project leadership experience Experience in manufacturing processes Demonstrated ability to support complex projects and manage tasks within a defined scope Strong operational problem-solving skill Adaptable and resilient, with a growth and continuous learning mindset; comfortable leading through ambiguity and change Education Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, Business Administration or a related field is required. An advanced degree is preferred; however, demonstrated leadership impact and relevant experience will be strongly valued. Travel Requirements Up to 33 % travel, subject to business needs. Base Salary: 229,000 PLN to 288,000 PLN Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 15% Annual incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
