We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Manager - Quality and Performance to join our Health & Education team in Bendigo and play a key role in ensuring safe, compliant and high‑performing facilities that support essential community services. Reporting to the Facilities Director, you'll help deliver high‑quality outcomes that support our essential services.   What You’ll Do  This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:   * Lead the day‑to‑day delivery of facilities management services across a diverse portfolio, ensuring contractual, safety and performance obligations are met.  * Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients, partners and internal teams to deliver responsive and reliable outcomes.  * Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities, driving consistency, compliance and continuous improvement.  * Support financial performance through effective budgeting, cost control and reporting aligned to contract requirements.  * Foster a positive, inclusive and safety‑focused culture where people feel supported to do their best work.   What You’ll Bring    * Extensive experience in quality assurance and contract performance management within complex PPP or regulated environments.  * Demonstrated capability in managing KPI frameworks, performance reporting and assurance activities to drive continuous improvement.  * Experience working within healthcare, infrastructure or facilities management environments (highly regarded).  * Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to partner effectively with clients, regulators and internal teams.  * A proactive, detail‑focused approach with the ability to balance governance, risk and operational delivery.   More than anything, you’ll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.   Why Downer?
