Description

Collaborate proactively with F10 site leaders to align and support site objectives while upholding the highest quality standards. Provide strong leadership to motivate and inspire the team to achieve high performance. Work closely with Fab partners to identify and contain excursion material. Initiate and lead multi-functional MRB (Material Review Board) to conduct risk assessment and decide upon disposition of excursion material. Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or related engineering field. 5+ years' experience in the semiconductor industry in the areas of Yield/Test Enhancement, Product Engineering, Quality Engineering or Process Integration. Proven experience in team development, project management, or a similar role. Think and communicate clearly in urgent and stressful situations. Strong leadership and team building skills. Excellent data analysis, problem solving, and decision-making skills. Effective communication and presentation skills. Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
