About the Role • Design and implement IAMC’s total compensation strategy, benefit scheme, incentive scheme, executive compensation under Group HR framework • implement the overall PDD & TCR process, and outcome of compensation and benefits practices • Maintain and deliver executive information and relative reporting Roles and Responsibilities: Work with HR head to design and implement IAMC’s total compensation strategy, benefit scheme, incentive scheme, executive compensation in accordance with Group’s framework Implement rewards and recognitions-related activities, including but not limited to Payroll, TCR, annual human capital planning and budgeting, HC management, R&R policies reviews etc. Manage the job evaluation process in changes of organisational structure and job design Monitor and maintain competitive pay structure through regular external compensation benchmarking practice Maintain position list and other R&R-related database on a regular basis Facilitate the ‘end-to-end’ talent acquisition process and support critical talents’ onboarding and fit-in plan Work closely with rest of the HR team to develop strategic, tailored and creative HR solutions to based on business’s needs Support HR head to develop talent acquisition methodology, process and toolkits that fit for IAMC’s business needs Collaborate with business functions on other assigned cross-functional projects Act as the contact point between IAMC & HR SSO, facilitate HR SSO to provide operational services such as employee inquiry, payroll services etc. based business and HR’s needs, and follow-up on service delivery accordingly Provide on-site operational services which are not covered by HR SSO, including but not limited to talent acquisition, L&D, performance management, compensation etc. Work closely with HRBP to support the talent acquisition process Perform as process and system expert (Workday) to support HR team maintain efficient HR operations in systems Provide timely and accurate consultations to business and HR team on other HR operations-related requests Minimum Job Requirements: Bachelor degree or above degree in business administration, HR management, or related field No less than 8 years experience covering broad functional HR areas and 5 years of HR head experience Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives Good interpersonal and communication skills with diverse people Problem solving / Drive for results Conflict management Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
